This highly practical course covers Lubna Rafiq’s classic looks in both makeup & hair artistry, training you to produce quality, highly skilled and technical finishes that distinguish Lubna Rafiq as an industry leader.
The Lubna Rafiq Accreditation will empower you with all the essential ingredients to assist you to begin generating business immediately upon graduation.
The LRA 5 Day Intensive Course will cover the following areas on each of the training days:
DAY 1: LET’S Make-Up!: you’ll be fully trained on two looks from registry through to evening reception
DAY 2: Bridal service: here’s where you’ll learn highly sought after traditional and modern bridal makeup looks and techniques, including dupatta pinning and jewellery setting
DAY 3: High fashion catwalk makeup: master and create two looks ideal for high fashion catwalks, complimentary to the skills you’ve already learnt on days 1 & 2, as well as working with full set & individual lashes
DAY 4: HAIR WE COME: an entire day focussed on the 5 most popular hairstyles and working with hair extensions, giving you the confidence to produce a full look no matter what the occasion
DAY 5: PHOTOSHOOT: graduate with a professional portfolio building session; choose from our vast wardrobe, jewellery and accessories, makeup and style your model and let Lubna’s photographer take shots that will amaze and sell to your clients
Professional Portfolio Session on Day 5 of the course
If you choose to train on our LRA 5 Day Intensive Course, we will equip you with a professional photographic portfolio session so you leave with evidence of the fantastic new skills that you will have developed over the course to showcase to your potential clients and the world.
Within the 5 Day package, we’ll provide you with one model on whom you can create two looks, using all of the makeup and hair products, wardrobe of outfits, accessories and jewellery that we provide you with.
Lubna’ professional photographer will then take a variety of shots of your model for each look that you create, and will co-direct the shoot with you. You will be provided with a CD with all of the images shot before you leave, and we'll also retouch 4 of your best shots and email them to you shortly after your training.
You can of course upgrade this part of the package with more models and more looks, as a vast majority of our graduates have whilst training with us. This will of course be provided to you for an additional fee, but it’s entirely up to you to decide if you want to upgrade or not.
